We're focused on the lakes northwest of Tampa: Keystone and Odessa, Lutz, and the Carrollwood area. Three quarters of an acre or more of dry land, on a real freshwater lake. The things that matter to us are good schools, mature trees and space, and water we can actually see from the house.
We aren't in any rush. If you've thought about selling, even idly, we'd love to have a conversation on your timeline, not ours. We're buying with cash and we have no house to sell first. No agents, no developers, no pressure. If it's not the right time for you, we completely understand.
